The food was okay. An Hour and a Half Wait, which I do not mind, if the service was efficient. When we did get seated, the waitress was not on top of our orders and the requests we made. We had to beg for the check to leave. It took forever to get seated and took forever for us to leave, and that did not leave us for much else to do that evening. more

Worst Service ever 12/8/2011

Server had the worst attitude and was so disrespectful. - By setting the tone in the beginning she emphasized twice we cannot shared soup and salad (which we were not planning on) but she felt the need to remind us - She brought the wrong entree which took the whole meal to bring the correct one - When asking her to bring an extra serving of salad she brought more breadsticks so naturally you would remind her again - she got offended and snapped she heard us the first time and didn't need to ask her again (while touching my back which is almost like sexual harassment) - It's like as though she's the owner of the restaurant and is protecting you from eating too much salad or something - Weird vibe the whole time, and putting cheese on your entree is like her doing you a favor - Once the to-go box came she managed to squeeze the whole entree meal into a small 3 inch by 3 inch container with noodle and sauce hanging out of the box while other people got NORMAL size boxes - Charged us for tea when we ordered hot water - OVERALL bad experience with a server with bad attitude problems more

Patience needed 3/27/2011

I went here tonight for dinner with my friends. Bottomless bread sticks and fettucini alfredo are zesty.. I think the service was excellent, as our host prioritized customer service but we waited nearly two hours. I would come back but maybe on not such a busy night. more

good service, but horrible food! 7/18/2010

came to this Olive Garden before, but haven't visited this one for like 2 yrs. i wish we never came back..the food was horrible, can't believe i actually paid $36 for this crap food. Service was good, but i'm not coming to this place for good service, i want good food! only reason i came here was the $25 gift card i got.\r glad i didn't pay the $53, which was the total bill. i decided to leave $8 tip since the service was good.\r \r pro: service\r con: horrible food! more

Food was terrible, Restaurant looked old, Service was averag 8/7/2009

I wanted to go to Macaroni Grill, but the one in the area closed down. We saw an Olive Garden and thought it would be somewhat the same. The appearance of this place looks extremely old. I felt like I was at a buffet/diner. When the food came I wished I was at a buffet/diner and then when the check came for what Olive Garden considered good food then I really wished I never came. Their is just no value at all. I guess I need to blame Macaroni Grill for closing their restaurant because I would have avoided this whole experience. Pros: If I see a nOlive Garden again I will know to pass by. Cons: Food, Appearence more

a place to have a relax dinner 6/26/2007

Great service, even though it is a pretty big restaurant, but the service does not fall back.. the food comes quick.. it is a little crowded because the place is pretty big.. but over all i really enjoyed my dinner @ olive Garden more

Sooo 4/28/2006

The food is good here and yes it is clean and everything in the back. Yets I would net recommend being employeed by them. Forget having a life or weekends, they require you to be there at least 5 days a week. I have a full time 40 hr a week job and i have more of a life now. Plus Friday Saturday and Sunday night you have to wait 2-3 hours for a table ridiculous. busy busy busy more

Just average - try elsewhere 10/10/2005

Since Olive Garden is a national chain, you can pretty much find one in every city. (At least in the LA area.) What you also expect...is to have the food be consistent of quality and quantity. We usually frequent the Glendale location (when we decide on Olive Garden), but recently we visited this location in Arcadia. I have to say the service was mediocre (slow to non-existent). The soup was sloshed all over the plate on which the bowl sat, and the beverages were never refilled. I'd rather drive to Glendale or even Burbank to avoid this location. Cons: lousy service more

The Italian Denny's 1/29/2005

Over-cheesed, over-sauced, over-sized. If you enjoy the freshness, simplicity, and top-quality ingredients of authentic Italian food, then the Olive Garden is not for you. The feeling is extremely cookie-cuttter corporate chain. If given a choice between Denny's and the Olive Garden, sure, go with the Olive Garden. But if you must visit a chain Italian restaurant, I recommend the Macaroni Grill. Above all, I recommend visiting your neighborhood independent Italian restaurant that's run by actual Italians, and not by a megacorporation where guys in suits concoct a marketing strategy meant to maximize profits and drain the life and character out of one of the world's great cuisines. Pros: predictable Cons: Corporate more

Something wrong here 7/23/2004

I've been to other Olive Gardens and has a great experience. The food at this location does not live up to the the Olive Garden name. My party and I were seated promptly but it took more than 30 minutes to bring the salads and soups. The entres came a minute later. We had only a minute to eat the salad before the entre came. the entre that I ordered was missing ingredients and was just not the same as what I expected. I love the Olive Garden but next time I go I will drive to another location. Pros: Environment nice, Inexpensive Cons: , Service more
