I truly enjoyed my meal at Olea on Tuesday night. The atmosphere and service was exceptional. The menu is extensive and varied between tapas, full plate meals, salads, soups, and desserts. I would like to extend my highest compliment to the Executive Chef - Joshua Gurvey. He made an order of Chicken Carbonara for me (not on the menu) that was amazing. His Tomato Basil soup was the best I have ever had and the desserts (chocolate mousse and Tiramisu) were spectacular. Pascal, the owner, was attentive as he strolled the restaurant tending his clients. I will be recommending Olea to my friends.
