One evening I needed to get out of the apartment so I decided to try something new. I'd always seen it but never stopped in. I'm glad I decided to taxi in. \r

The waiting time for a table was longer than average (I waited about 6 minutes) because they were inundated with customers just as I walked in. The owner herself seated me and apologized profusely for having to wait so long. \r

I was seated in a quiet, dark corner as per my request and my candle was promptly lit. The lemonade I ordered was very fresh and promptly served in a frosty glass. Very tasty! \r

I looked over the menu for about 10 minutes (the menu is small but still has some items to keep you second guessing yourself). \r

After serious deliberation I chose the bratwurst with oven fried potatos and I must say that I was positively delighted with my choice. The bratwurst was so juicy and gently grilled served atop a bed of sweet, obviously fresh saurkraut. The oven fried potatos were addictive, its a shame they didn't give you more! \r

That is the only place I have to fault this resturant, the portions are decent but for a hefty fellow they will not fill you up. I wasn't looking to be stuffed to the rafters, however. I was sated and happy. \r

I highly recommend you give this restaurant a try!
Pros: Friendly service, lively music, nice bakery
Cons: A bit too dark, can take a little long to be seated.
