it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

Both Dr. Zavala and Chris, the hygenist who cleaned my teeth, were great. They listened to my needs and gave me excellent feedback on the condition of my teeth and gums. more

Another excellent visit! 7/20/2009

It was just another routine visit today, but I can actually say I *really* enjoy going to the dentist. I've been a patient since 2005, on the recommendation of a family member, and have had a great, very professional, very friendly experience all the way around. Since then several family members (siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews - 10+) have become patients. I live in Austin and don't mind the commute to Round Rock for dental care. And if I ever move away from central Texas, I will book regular flights home to keep my dentist; they're *that* good. more

Service was great. Having someone sticking you in your gums is not a delightful experience. I must say it was painless; however, the after taste was not so great. Thumbs up Dr. Zavala and Chris. See you next week. more

I didn?t have a chance to speak to you this time around but would have loved too. I have a concern with Nicole's tiny white spots in several of her teeth. I also know from past dentist that she does not have adult teeth coming out. Would she need braces? We have an appointment on the next 6 months January 13th. The office exudes the felling of being in a day spa (for teeth). It is one of the cleanest and most technologically up-to-date facilities I have ever seen. Everyone is super nice and professional. A great place to take your family for dental check-ups and care. more

Dr. Zavala and his staff were just watch I was looking for. They are professional, friendly, and most importantly to me - non-judgemental. After not going to dentist for some time I was scared at what he/she might say to me after seeing all the problems I was coming to fix. Dr. Zavala didn't do that at all. John (as he told me to call him) was very friendly and did everything he could to make sure I was not in pain during any of the procedures. I would recommend Old Settlers Dental to any of my friends and family. Thank you John, Deanna, Jamie, and Giselle. more
