it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

Dr. Zavala is so sweet. What a great healthcare provider! He is always trying to make sure that I am comfortable, and informed. His calming voice rubs off on his staff who is also comforting. more

3 painless fillings 9/18/2009

I had 3 fillings done and once again I give Dr. Zavala accolades for his technique with the needle. During the visit, I reminisced with him about an experience I had with a rural "gentle dentist" that left me unable to eat, or touch, my right lower jaw for three days due to the pain. After Dr. Zavala's care I was consuming a full meal in five hours, and 3 days later I can happily report I suffered no discomfort during or after treatment. I should also comment that Hilda's quiet manner, and the efficient teamwork she and Dr. Zavala share was very reassuring as I watched them quietly, and proficiently pass all those scarey, gleaming, metal tools back and forth. more

Great Experience 9/16/2009

From my initial call until I walked out following my appointment everyone was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Dr Zavala really listened to what I had to say. I will be moving all my dental care to Dr Zavala and his staff. more

Great experience - AGAIN... 9/14/2009

Everything about my experience with Dr. Zavala, his staff and the facility is top shelf. After every visit, I leave believing I am family and that I am a valued patient. While my dental problems are result of my poor choices, the approach has always been: lets consider the options and work on the solution. While I know the dental issues I face probably could have been avoided, the staff has never focused on what could have or should have happened. The spirit and atmosphere of friendship and resolution to the problem is greatly appreciated. more

I'm one of those people who *hates* dentists. The fact I've had several years of dental care in a very rural community hasn't done much to improve my disposition towards dental care, though I have problem teeth and know I should tend to it regularly. Shortly after my relocation I broke a bonding. Ugh! My sister-in-law told me about Dr. Zavala and his team. It took a couple visits to get to where I'd relax when I walked in the door, but Reina, Cris and Dr. Zavala, the team I originally met, have such kind and patient approaches to us "nervous Nellies" I've gotten back on a healthy dental regimen. If it wasn't for them, I'd still be waiting until I *had* to go to the dentist before I'd seek one out. Thanks y'all! more

Everything I want in a Dental team! Close to my work, Friendly Staff, Clean, and good scheduling practices that ensure you don't have to wait. Our whole family goes there and even though all of us have different dental needs Dr. Zavala and his team, have the knowledge it takes to address all of our individual needs and concerns. I would highly reccomend this dental practice to anyone without hesitation! more

Pleasant experience 8/20/2009

This is by far the best dentist office I've ever gone to in the 30-something years that I've been going. The entire staff is so friendly but seemed genuine. The dental hygienist is not too talkative (perfect for me!) and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I've been going to Dr. Zavala for two years and thankfully haven't had any cavities yet during that time, but I trust that he would take good care of me/my teeth. more
