it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

Always consistent... 1/27/2010

Consistency... That is what I appreciate. Every app't. I have received the same genuine interest in my dental needs and included inquiry about my business, family, etc. My wife is also a patient and she told me the same thing. Now my mother-in-law will become a new patient. Thanks. Your team is appreciated, & head and shoulders above the rest. more

Very good service. The Hygenist was friendly, sensitive, and thourough! Very Sad she is leaving as her husband is being reassigned in the military. My wife and I wish her good luck and farewell! She will be tough to replace. more

As always my wait was short and Deanna was pleasant and proficient with the cleaning. I also like the fact that this office does not find things to "fix" that don't need fixing just to run up the bill. more

An Amazing Experience 1/14/2010

After years of going to several different types of medical practice, in several different states, I thought I had a feel for what a 'good' office felt like. Old Settlers Dental woke me up. From the positive attitude and exceptional competence of the staff to the detail and care put into the furnishings and amenities of the office, I saw what a truly excellent medical service experience could, and maybe should, be. I would recommend Dr. Zavala to any and every person capable of traveling to his office. more

From the professional reception at the front desk to the most painLESS root canal this 51 year old ever experienced, Dr. Zavala's office is top notch. It has now been seven hours since the procedure with the Novocaine completely worn off and I haven't even thought about taking the back-up pain medication. I have despised going to the dentist since I can remember. Dr. Zavala has changed that. My teeth will never be neglected again! Thank you and your staff for showing me that there are differences in Dentists and here in Round Rock, we have the best! more

Took ILL out of FILLINGS 1/5/2010

I unfortunately had to have nearly 10 fillings (due to neglected regular visits over the past decade), but Dr. Zavala and his staff made it a nearly painless experience! If you are nervous about dental work - this is THE place to get it done. more

Patient with the Patient 12/28/2009

The crown on my molar came off and I wasn't real happy with the dentist I was seeing so I asked some friends if they liked their dentist. I received several referrals and even called another dentist, but she was out of her office till after the 1st of the year (this happened during the holiday season). Anwyay, I decided to try Dr. Zavala's office next and they were able to fit me in to their schedule fairly quickly. The office was so nice, as well as, the dental staff. Dr. Zavala had a tough time getting my tooth numb. It's considered a "hot" tooth. He used as much pain medicine as he can, and it was still sensitive. He was able to get the crown back on my tooth. Even though I felt some pain, it went away real quick. I would recommend him to other friends looking for dentist. more

Very satisfied with Dental Practice. Dr. Zavala is very good and takes the time to make sure that you know what is being done. Dr. Zavala and all the staff are very friendly and personable. you don't get the feeling that you are just another set of teeth. I highly recommend this dental practice. more
