it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

Very often throughout my procedure (root canal, post insertion, tooth build-up for crown), the dentist and his assistant would ask how I was doing and if anything felt uncomfortable. They didn't hesitate to add more deadening to the area when my procedure took longer than most (due to specifics with my teeth and gums that were not common). I appreciate how they care about my comfort and are always ready to make adjustments or accommodations for me if I need anything. more

Fantastic facilities- comfortable, comforting, spotless and high quality. Warm, welcoming, supportive, professional, talented and attentive assistant (thanks, Laurie!) Knowledgeable, precise, detailed and expert dentist. Dr. Lewcock was a great listener, explained things with respect, help and professionalism, and most of all, performed exceptionally well at addressing my dental concerns. No pain, no discomfort, walked me through the procedure so there was no unease. It's so nice to find a dentist that not only is an excellent dentist, but is a people person too. Absolutely no complaints. more

I had an emergency infection 6/7/2010

The office was wonderful handling my emerbency which happened to be on a friday. The doctor was on call all weekend if we had questions. He was very patient and understanding. Walked us through what to expect. I had a friend come with me because I knew I wouldn't understand what was happening because I was in too much pain and Br Lewcock explained it all to her and made aure we didnt have any more questions. I highly reccommend this practice to ANYONE!! more

Great first visit 5/28/2010

I've lived in Round Rock 4 1/2 years, been to two dentists and had given up finding a place I liked. This was great--friendly and capable personnel, visit went like clockwork, nice offices with window you can see out of from the chair, and Dr. Zavala was great--answered questions and took time. more

Who enjoys going to the dentist? I do! Your team is so wonderful! Deanna always makes my day with her "cleaning skills" and Reina is such a pleasure to talk to! Keep doing what your doing. You guys are AWESOME! Oh, and I love the text reminders I get. With a new baby keeping up on appointments doesn't come easily. more

This was my first visit to see Dr. Lewcock and I was very impressed. He exhibited professionalism with a great 'chair-side manner'. Both the doctor and his assistant we continuously tending to my comfort level. I would recommend them to everyone. more

root canal 5/13/2010

I have never had a root canal,so I was nervous. Dr. Zavala talked me through it, reassured me, and did a great job. I had no pain at all. Even when the pain killer wore off, I only felt a little bit of a sinus pressure feeling, then it went away in an hour. I am very happy with his work! more

Teeth Cleaning 5/12/2010

I love going to Dr. Zavalla's office. He reduces my anxiety, talks to me throughout the procedure by telling me what he is doing and why. In addition, his staff are caring and compassionate and put the needs of the patient first. I am in my 50's and I have had the best dental experiences of my life in Dr. Zavalla's office. more
