Best

I went here with my dad, and we both really enjoyed the food that we got. he got a fajita and I got a burrito, and both were very well prepared and served by friendly people.

Worst

We've eaten here more than a couple of times. The quality of food is not consistent. The last time we ate there, we all came down with a stomach bug. :-( The portions are great...

Really Bad Service 5/20/2011

On 5/20/2011, at about 11:20-11:30 My coworker and me was seated at the bar area and ordered our drinks. The chips and salsa came then the drinks. I tried to order but was told to "wait a minute" and he walked off. We watched TV, and from where I was sitting could see almost all of the inside. Our waiter proceeded to walk the area, and other booths outside the bar and take orders, see new people that were just seated, refilled other peoples drinks...including pouring what appeared to be a glass a wine and serving a couple. I watched as THREE other groups of people were seated, served and then left after eating. We FINISHED the Second basket of chips and was past halfway on my Second drink when a woman in green approached and asked if everything was ok. I was very unhappy and replied that I really would like to order. She told me to also "wait a minute"...I almost walked out. I was a little rude and told her that I only have a short lunch time and really would like to order NOW or I am leaving. I had no intention of paying if I walked out at that moment. Then another waiter came over and took our order and we Finally received our meals. What should have been a quick lunch...was 1 1/2 hours later. Was there so much as a "sorry about your experience, a discount for the trouble or even a free desert". NO. Your place has left me with a impression that I will not soon forget. We spent $18.48. Not to mention my friend stated that the woman in green was the owners Wife. Is this the way you run this place? I have learned something from this...across the parking lot is a 3 Margaritas. more

Great Mexican 1/10/2010

My husband and I eat here as much as twice a week, think that says alot about food, service, quality and price. We love the best salsa and chips in town. We highly recommend Sante Fe Grill! more

Not so great 9/19/2006

We've eaten here more than a couple of times. The quality of food is not consistent. The last time we ate there, we all came down with a stomach bug. :-( The portions are great. The Kids eat free and the coupons make it attractive but we don't go there anymore. We prefer 3 Margaritas or Efrains instead. more

Quick, cheap, yummy 4/7/2006

Old Sante Fe is in an old Ruby Tuesday building so it feels very chain like, but the food is great, the service is fast, the menu is extensive, and it's dirt cheap. From sitting down to food is about 10 minutes. The portions are large, but not excruciating (e.g. tons of waste). It's TexMex so who knows what "authentic" means in this context, but it's very tasty. $25 for dinner for two. more

Great Value and Good Food 10/20/2005

We eat here all the time it is my favorite local Mexican food restaurant. It is clean and nicely decorated. They have huge portions, and good food. I also love that they have coupons out for Buy One Get One Free Entree it makes dinning there very affordable. They do 1/2 off Appetizers during happy hour and do offer take out which is convenient as well. more
