We got hooked by a sales rep for a holiday package. We scheduled a photography time slot--in the evening. We showed up On Time, and ended up waiting for over two hours with two small children, while other customers (also on time) milled about angry and waiting as well. We only wanted family portraits, but were coerced by ""protocol"" to pose in useless poses. We then scheduled for two days later to review the poses, but we were told the order couldn't be processed until we brought in the receipt, so...a few hours later, at precisely 3:18 pm, we brought the receipt back, and they had the studio partition partly closed. I ducked under and left the receipt taped to the keyboard. Weeks later, no word, no portraits for Christmas, not even for New Years, and only after I began filing complaints at corporate do they return my calls. ""Come back in and order Again,"" the manager tells me, insisting that only a manager can place an order without the receipt (which they must have overlooked???), when it WAS, in fact, the asst District Manager who helped us order our package. I'm outraged, and they tell me to Come Back to choose all over again. This was UNprofessional, coercive, demoralizing, and AWFUL. Ten dollar holiday package? LOL! More like a colossal waste of time and a forty dollar headache.
