I just want everyone to know how this company does business. I was overcharged for an item at a Pet Fair and have called them four times now about it and they refuse to do anything about it. They just keep taking down my name and number and say they will get with ""Jerry"" and call me back but they never do. I get the same thing every time I call. So now I'm just letting whoever reads this review how they do business. I just wish I could of gave them zero stars. more

I can't even begin to tell you how rude this lady is! 4/9/2011

SMOKE-FILLED, DIRTY WAREHOUSE full of old, dusty merchandise. When I left there, I had to hop in the shower in order to get rid of the stale smoke smell and dust on my arms; if you have any asthma problems like me, don't go here! (and that's even a small price to pay for as RUDE as that lady is), I mean, If you ask her (((anything))), be prepared for her to bite off your head!!! and they charge a fortune to fix anything. I have tried going back, to see if it is cleared out or smelling better, but no such luck; I guess I will just have to start ordering stuff online... more
