I was referred to Leo via my coach and teammate. I was immediately impressed by how much time he spent working on me compared to others who I've seen. In addition to his effort, other things such a Graston tools and the Alter-G treadmill truly make the clinic a niche for serious and competitive runners. On top of that Leo is as some would say "The Man" and a great guy to chat with during treatment. I would absolutely recommend Ohio Sports Chiropractic to anyone needing treatment! more

Helps a lot to have an elite runner to work on you - he knows what he is talking about & knows what he is doing. Really nice for a serious runner to be able to get on an Alter-G if there for an appointment without an extra charge. more

Knowledgeable and informative 1/20/2013

This is the first time dealing with this injury that I feel like progress was made towards healing. Dr. Leo took much time and care to explain what he was doing and educate me regarding his techniques. The environment is calm and professional with current and relevant equipment. I would recommend Ohio Sports Chiropractic to others. more

Ohio Sports Chirpractic & Leo have been helping me for over a year now. Very effective treatment for healing injuries and very knowledgeable. Great facility & the alter-G treadmill really helped me when I could not run. More than Impressed! 1/5/2013

I have been visiting Leo for a year and a half now, and followed him to Ohio Sports Chiropractic. I have been more than impressed with the new office, I love the set up and the 'homey' feel. Leo always helps with any ache or pain I am experiencing while I train as a member of The University of Akron cross country and track and field team. He is more than willing to help provide stretches and exercises to help me strengthen the areas of need. more

Great Sports Massage 1/4/2013

After a hard couple of months of training, I noticed my form and posture was become taxed during running. After a sports massage at Ohio Sports Chiropractic, I felt great with running and that next week my workouts went great. This is definitely something I will do often to stay healthy and fit! more

Sports Massage 1/4/2013

As a competitve runner, I have my share of 'hot spot' areas that need to be focused on in order to continue running with good form - and in general - to be able to continue running injury-free. I've had a series of 1-hour massages with Jenny, in addition to her demonstrating specific exercises for me to work on. I feel that her knowledge as a runner as well as her expertise in sports massage have made a positive difference in how I feel, including my running/mechanics. more

Definitely recommend 1/3/2013

Went to see Dr. Leo Kormanik for chronic hamstring issues. He did active release therapy and it has really helped. Also, treated the source of the issue through strengthening and stretching drills to do at home. Great experience. Extremely knowledgable, more

The best 1/2/2013

I came in to Ohio Sports Chiropractic in very bad shape struggling to walk let alone run. First Dr. Leo did ART and made some Adjustments. Then I received a massage from Jennie. Both Dr. Leo and Jennie were very thorough in their treatment and showed mastery in their knowledge and techniques. The next day I felt awesome on my run and was able to walk without pain. I could not have asked for anything more from Dr. Leo and Jennie! Thank you! more

I was in to see Jennie for a deep tissue/sports massage and she was great. Very knowledgeable about the body and muscles and really got into my problem areas. I would highly recommend her. more

Positive Experience 11/24/2012

Most thorough and complete examination ever. Dr. Leo took the time to listen and assess. Have been living with headaches and neck/back pain and tightness for some time and already feel improvement. Left the office feeling informed and equipped with exercises. more

Sport Massage 11/11/2012

Came in with a painful kink in my shoulder and tight hamstring, Jennie was great in getting things loosen up. Felt great trail running and lifting the next day. Highly recommend. more

Knee pain 11/5/2012

I was so pleased with my appt with Dr. Leo. He was able to determine what was causing my knee pain, provided immediate treatment, and gave me exercises for home to reduce my issues and prevent them from re-occurring. I will definitely come back if I need to, and would gladly refer friends and family to him as well. more

Great treatment! 10/23/2012

Leo is excellent! He worked with me for almost an hour and his attention to detail is impressive. You definitely do NOT get the "revolving door" feeling that is common with chiropractors. He is priced very well for an out of network provider, I would rather pay him out of pocket and get treated well than go to an in network provider who doesn't have the specialization I am looking for (ART). more
