Reliable service 8/13/2015

We signed up for service with Official during their door-to-door visits in our neighborhood. We had tiny spiders upstairs for a couple months and even after we bombed they were back not long after. Initial service included inside spray and the spiders were gone! Depending on season changes we occasional see larger spiders, but as soon as I contact Official, they are out as soon as possible and the spiders are gone! Reps are always nice and helpful! I love when they wipe down the webs outside too! Has been totally worth it for our family and I recommend to friends and family often! Complete Satisfaction 8/13/2015

I had trouble with roaches, freaked me out!!, I was spraying myself to no avail, this company came to my door and offered a good deal, even sprays in between service, I called them all the time never got hesitation to come out, well they're gone...and to think I am a hard sale..so glad I did. Better service wanted 8/13/2015

I had more than once that I got serviced without a phone call. Once I got a phonecall I set up a time and he came hours earlier when I wasn't home. Freaked out my kids and wasn't able to get the inside done because of it. Had more problems with ants with the service than before the service also. Fewer spiders 8/13/2015

I needed to get rid of all the spiders I had inside and outside of my house. My pest control was doing it. Official Pest Control has been able to keep them under control. Service Sale & Call 8/13/2015

I spoke Titus and purchased additional service. Reggie came out to do the service I was very pleased with the service. When I request my next appointment I will request for Reggie to return. I have had 3 techs come to my house Reggie is the only Tech I will be requesting. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough. Immediate Service and Response 8/13/2015

We have been using Official since sometime in 2009. They have always been responsive and professional. I like that they discuss the treatments before using chemicals so that we have a choice into what goes onto our grounds. Plus all my doggies and kitties love them which is a total plus! I have no complaints from the service people 8/13/2015

I have no complaints from the service people that comes to the house which is good because we have used two other pest control companies in the previous years and they are just awful. Good for the Price 8/13/2015

Official Pest Prevention is a great pest control company in the way that they have great customer service. They only come out once every 2 months which could be improved on. Once they spray and before the next visit we usually see lots of bugs and sometimes have to call them back out before our scheduled visit, but all in all they are very accommodating and we are pleased with their service. The Best Pest Control Company in the Valley 2/4/2013

They came out the same day I called to set up new service. They will come out any time I need them to if the ants return. The technician Nate was professional and friendly. I am so grateful for their quick response to my ant problem. I highly recommend them. more

Great Company Love my Pest Control Company 2/4/2013

We have used Official for our pest control for about 5 years now. They are great and we highly recommend them to all of the people in our neighborhood. At this point, we have convinced our next door neighbors on both sides and our friends across the street to use their services. They are very professional and they always come out for no additional charge if we need something between our service appointments. Our service person, Nate is friendly and always very professional. Overall, a great company with great service. more

Never, NEVER!!! use Official Pest Prevention 1/3/2012

I just called Official Pest Prevention and was terrified by their Ugly customer service!!! They were very bad with me over the phone, did not want to listen to me at all. Just told me that I signed contract (which they lied me about when I signed it) and they will call a collection agency. and HANG UP!!!! \r Here the story from the beginning. About 1 year ago someone knocked on my door and sold me 1 year contract which I paid in full when I signed it. They told me it will be for 1 year and that is it.\r Now when the contract is over they bill me for additional 2 services when I did not get them. It was only 1 unapproved service when I was not at home and there was only my mom who do not speak English and tried to stop them but they told her that it is under contract (she understand some). \r NOW they ask to pay for TWO services ($175) what was almost what I paid for whole year. DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!! more

Satisfied in Sacramento 1/12/2011

Official has been great. Very responsive. Just before Christmas I had mice in the house. With company coming I was very concerned and embarrassed. Official came out the same day that I called. The service man that came out (I think his name was Travis), actually caught three mice in my garage before leaving my house. They came back to check on the traps several days later and by the time my family members arrived our mouse problems were gone. Now I have Official come to my house regularly so that I won't have to deal with bugs at all. Love the service!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Love my service 1/12/2011

Official services my home and business. At our restaurant we can't tolerate bugs of any kind. Stan, our bug guy knows this and comes out when ever we call. Sometimes I call to report a "bug" sighting and Stan is there within minutes. That same amount of professionalism and concern is taken when service is done at our house as well. If I see an ant -- these guys are on it. My neighbors complain about bugs but I haven't had any problems for years. I highly recommend Official. more

  • Official Pest Prevention was born January 1, 2000 when the tech bubble was about to burst and people were still concerned about potential Y2K problems. Starting with a few contacts, and only four full-time employees, the small company has grown into an organization that today employs over 25 people, maintains a fleet of 18 trucks, and has serviced over 21,000 northern California households. This tremendous growth has come from loyal customers recommending our work to their friends, family, and neighbors Although Official Pest Prevention opened in Elk Grove, demand for quality pest control service poured in from nearby cities also. Representatives of Official Pest Prevention began taking calls from surrounding areas and within a year we found ourselves greatly expanding our service territory. By the end of 2000, Official had begun servicing an area that took in a 60 mile radius. Official Pest Prevention went north (Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln), south (Galt, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Ripon, Modesto, Tracy), and east (Folsom, Eldorado Hills). The following year, (2001), Official expanded westward to include Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, and Suisun.
