I was in the store tonight just to see if I could have a couple empty copy paper boxes. I went to the copy center in the store, and the employee behind the counter was nothing but friendly and accommodating. He gladly handed over an empty box, but didn't stop there. He moved a couple reams of paper from another box and gave me a second box. \r \r He didn't have to go through that trouble, but he did anyway and seemed genuinely happy to do so. This was AWESOME customer service that is so incredibly rare these days. And I didn't even buy anything, this time. more
