I placed an order with Office Depot on Monday the 4th of January, delivery was to be NEXT DAY on the 5th of January. I waited ALL DAY on the 5th and the delivery NEVER came. I called customer service at 6:30 on the 5th (delivery was to be 8am - 5pm) They said they had to verify my credit card because something was wrong with it. I told them, it was showing on my bank statement as going through so nothing was wrong with it and to cancel my order. On the 6th UPS came out to deliver and then said it was intercepted by Office Depot & not to be delivered as well as me refusing it. On the 8th of January, the charge for the merchandise was showing on my bank statement! I called customer service and they said it was showing as being delivered on the 8th! I told them it wasn't delivered and to put my money back into my account as THEY had intercepted the delivery, it was never made and I wanted my money back.
