OFFICE DEPOT FAN 11/4/2007

I am a stay at home mom who is consistently needing school supplies, home office supplies, and freq. computer updating for my husband; I also happen to LOVE TO ORGANIZE. Office Depot has friendly & knowledgeable service, they give back 5% to our neighborhood school, and their products are very well priced for their level of quality. There are many stores nearby with very similar descriptions but their is ONE THING that puts this outlet far above their competition...their return policy. Other stores won't return if the "seal has been broken"...not at OD! They take things back without questioning me and they have never once made me feel guilty, etc at the return counter. I only shop at Office Depot now...and I am beginning to get to know the Aurora store crew now; they are friendly, helpful, and I have never had a bad experience with them since the first day their store opened. I highly recommend this outlet chain and specifically the Aurora store! more
