72 year old man goes to EXCHANGE a water heater (purchased the wrong size) He was at first told he can not return or exchange, That he is out of luck. When he did bring the water heater back to the store he was met by Tom Fergueson in the parking lot and was barrated with foul language, spit on and shoved. DO NOT recommend doing business with this kind of personnel. Not only is it poor customer service, what kind of a person thinks it ok to shove and spit at a 72 year old man??????
