A lot of the usual plus some unique finds 8/8/2011

This is a very good gift shop. They do not however have a very wide selection of cards, which if you're like me, getting a last minute gift, you appreciate one stop shopping. So you grab a rather generic card to go along with a special gift. Could be worse. They have the usual scented lotions and soaps, some kitchen items, linens, candles, along with some more unusual or hard to find gifts. Definitely worth a stop to familiarize yourself with inventory. Also they do a very nice gift wrap. more

A great place for guys to shop for lady friends 12/4/2006

THis is the ultimate place to find a special gift for the lady friend in your life. The Owner, very attractive I need to add, helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend. My girlfriend loved it and thought it was the best gift I had ever given her in eight years. Definitely would recommend shopping at October Moon. more

A place to visit 10/31/2005

In lansing, Old Town has some of the newest and most creative shops around. October Moon is one of them. From custom bath scents to baby clothes definately a place to visit. The look is very old style and very warm. Craftsmanship and care is taken with everything they do and you can tell. A great place to find gifts also. more

Art Gallery and Boutique 7/31/2005

This is the best boutique I have ever been to. You can find the best gifts for anyone. I made picture albums for Christmas and got all my ideas from this store. They carry a full line of Burts Bee products. The art work on the walls are unique. They also carry baby gifts that you would not find in most stores except somewhere in NY or Chicago. Whenever you purchase something they put it in a bag and seal it with a fresh flower. Once you go there you will never forget it. They always have candles burning the most relaxing scents and you never fill pressured to buy you can just look around. more
