We have been taking both our pups to them for years, but for the last few, we had cut back due to financial situations. All we wanted was to talk to the Doctor before we took our Sara in. We had an emergency and no one answered at their office, so we took her to another recommended Vet. She was diagnosed with cancer. Called Dr. Barry Buchalter's (Dr. B) office to talk to him and the woman (Lucy) on the phone was extremely rude. She talked down to us and talked about Sara like she was a ""product"" and not part of our family. She wouldn't even leave a message for the Doctor. What happened to your practice, Dr. B? And this woman Lucy, should not even be near the Customer Service Industry let alone a Doctor's Office. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
