The people at Ocean Cyclery were incredibly nice to me. I've been wavering about the type of bicycle I want and have been looking at a couple of different shops. They were on my list of shops to look at and I'm so glad I did. At this point, I know I definitely want a road bike, women's specific if possible. The brand I'm still working out, but at least I have some of the basics. Ocean Cyclery was able to pull out a couple of women specific bikes for me to test ride to feel the difference. It's funny, because I thought it would be a night and day difference from the unisex bikes I had been trying, but it really wasn't. My overall experience was really good and I'm getting to the place where I'll be ready to make a final decision. Ocean Cyclery is at the top of the list! more

Jeff and his crew are great at their trade. They not only do great maintenance work, but they also conduct business in an environmentally sustainable manner and are very friendly. Their rates are the cheapest I've seen in San Francisco but without sacrificing the quality of work. According to GreenZebra, Ocean Cyclery is a GREEN business. more
