Oasis Pools

I bought and remodeled an older home three years ago that was going into foreclosure. The swimming pool needless to say was a cess pool. My cousin recommended Caroline and Randy as he has used them to build 2 separate swimming pools. Their service was great and Caroline was always available by cell every time I had a Problem or question. I would definitely recommend using them. more

The folks at Oasis helped us out with a problem we had with our pool that was installed by another contractor. We had problems with our liner and had tried several times to have the company that installed the pool come look at it. After very much frustration, I called Oasis. They were out there to personally inspect within 2 days and went out of their way, by even calling the manufacturer of the old liner to assist. We ended up having to replace it and the price was more than fair. The service was the best we've ever had. Since then, they have helped us save a lot of money by giving helpful advice and troubleshooting ideas when we've had issues with the pump, light, etc. We use Oasis for all our pool needs and highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed! more

I have an older pool that needed a liner when i purchased my house. Oasis has been very helpful from start to finish with my pool. They helped me pick my liner, which i am extremely pleased with the style and durability. It has been installed now for 4 years and still holding strong, and this is on a 20 year old pool. A couple years after my liner, my pump went out, and by their recommendation, i ended up with a Hayward pump that saves me about $40 per month so it paid for itself the following year. The thing i was impressed the most with these guys it professionalism and cleanliness on the job. When i came home from work and they had been there working, i couldnt even tell they had been there. They were very tidy and eveything seemed to be done in the correct manner. I would highly recommend this company for pools, pool accessories, and chemicals in the upstate, as i have shopped around. We would definitely recommend using Oasis Pools. Caroline and staff has built us not 1 but 2 pools over the last 9 years. When we were discussing building another pool at a new residence, we never questioned who we would use for the job. We were and are treated with the upmost respect. Oasis Pools delivered exactly what we expected and we feel that Caroline went over and beyond to make us satisfied and knowledgable about our new pools/equipment and continues to do so. I live in another state and drive back to the store for my supplies just because of the customer service and knowledge. Another aspect that I like about Oasis Pools is that Caroline stays current on the ""newest"" pool equipment available...check out the ionizer- it's great! Our goal at Oasis Pools Inc. is to please every customer on every job we do. We are very dissapointed when we fail to do this. In the past eleven years in business we have built thousands of pools and are very proud that our customers and community have voted us number #1 three years in a row. However we are not proud of the few that are not satisfied. We as with any company understand that due to different circumstances we cant please every customer every time. We truly regret that you are an unsatisfied customer. We take feedback , good and bad and try to use it to grow and inprove Oasis pools We carried an A plus rating with the BBB up to the point that we withdrew our company from them due to their practices. more

Our liner was incorrectly installed. Had to resort to arbitration with BBB and we won. They never reimbursed us and we were again forced to carry it a step further. Oconee magistrate ordered them to pay and they still didn't after they told the judge they would!!! Now we have been forced to take it a step further just to try and get our refund!! Oh, and btw they now have an F rating with the BBB. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! more

Oasis Pools did a wonderful job on our pool and I highly recommend them. They were fast, friendly and very professional. We now have a beautiful pool that I could not be happier with. Everything that was decided on in the beginning is exactly what I got for the price quoted. more
