I enjoyed this place until my last experience. They gave me a half filled very tiny tub. Some of the tubs are just fabulous and so relaxing though. Definitely check them out. Unsatisfied! 11/2/2007

The Ann Arbor location offered us 2 free complimentary hours because we had two visits that were less than satisfactory (loud whistling sounds and water was cold). These hours were supposed to be anytime with no expiration. We called tonight to try and have some relaxation time and they refused to honor their certificate. The manager even refused to give us her name and hung up the phone on us. I won't spend my money here anymore! more

if you are looking for a private relaxing place to go, look no further! this place is clean, and fun. it is a very romantic place and very private. the tubs are so warm and relaxing. more
