Oakland Green Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

We have been getting calls from Green Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning, this is the only one I can find with this name, and when I pressed 1 to speak to a representative to tell them to remove me from their list, I was immediately hung up on. Could not even finish my sentence. NEVER would I use them. more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I bought a coupon on Living Social for $89 carpet cleaning by this company (for 900 square feet). I scheduled an appointment. The scheduler was nice. They showed up within the allotted time. However, they were not upfront about extra costs. They told me they had ""thrown in"" my area rug, which would normally be $150 extra. But, I told them not to clean under it, and treat it as the carpet, since my apartment is much less than 900 square feet. He seemed fine with that. However, when they were done, the guy in charge charged me $195 for pet treatment (which involved him spraying a bottle of something in a couple of places). A price for this was not discussed upfront. I felt like the guy wanted me to haggle with him, but he had made me feel uncomfortable with his unprofessionalism (asking personal questions, etc.), and I just wanted him out of my apartment. So instead of getting a carpet cleaning for $89, I ended up paying over $250. The areas they cleaned do have the stains removed. However, I was told they would move movable furniture to clean. They moved nothing. Considering I had spent over $250 to clean about 600 square feet of carpet (including the area rug) without warning, I called Living Social. Turns out, they had received several complaints about this company before. Furthermore, after doing some internet searching, it looks like the owner of this company has changed the name of this company several times, probably to avoid bad reviews and legal complaints. more

This company deserve your business.. Truly they are great. My daughter suffers from Asthma and we are constantly trying to make her life easier especially during spring time. We clean the vents system in our house every 6 month and we pay a lot of money. We heard about Oakland Green Air duct from our friends who apparently use them for carpet cleaning. We herd lots of good things about the owner Joni so we decided to go with them. We found out that they are local and Joni's wife does the customer service. She is really nice. Joni came to our house with his helper and they have spent close to 4 hours cleaning the vents. The price was very good about half the price we used to spend. We are very happy with them and we recommended them to all of our friends. more

I had juice spilled and water marks and other stains on my sofa and love seat. I Called Green Carpet to come and clean and When they were finished it looked almost new. It cost me a little bit more but I understand it was for the stain treatment. Overall I was surprised with the results and I was very happy. more

I am a big fan of green products. I think in our world everyone needs to put the effort to keep our plant live and going. Oakland green carpet cleaning is a local -family operated that use non toxic green products in their steam system. I had 3 carpeted rooms cleaned along with my air ducts and I paid $450 for both services. I have to say comparing to other companies their price is great and they don't try and sell you more services. I enjoyed working with them and I will keep doing that and recommend to others. more

I rent out a couple of condos in downtown Oakland and I don?t have time to clean them all myself. Sometimes my tenants get particularly messy and don?t bother to clean the place thoroughly before they move out. I always call Oakland Green Carpet Cleaning for my carpet cleaning needs and sometimes for the Air duct cleaning too when it needs attention. more

I had a severe pet odor problem on my bedroom carpet after my cat kept going back there. I tried to clean myself and it didn?t work, I thought I had to get reed of the carpet and the pad underneath when My Girlfriend recommended Oakland Green carpet cleaning. They truly did wonderful job and I couldn't believe it but they got reed of the odor. more
