My minimal experience with Oak Hillside Cleaners has left me less than impressed. I brought in 2 items -- a sweater that needed sewing and dry-cleaning, and a fleece jacket with a broken zipper. The cashier was unable to tell me how much it would cost to service these items, how long it would take, or even whether or not the repairs could be done. She assured me that someone would call me with an estimate on price and time, but this call was never received. When I eventually called myself, I was told that they would charge $25 for the zipper, and while the sweater repair was far more reasonable, they were still unable to give me pick-up date. I find their lack of orgization to be totally unacceptable, and probably will not return -- even though I live right down the street.
