Have always liked Oak Creek Plumbing, but this time I am not happy. They were supposed to call me on Monday about my water softener, but here it is a week later and I still don't ...

The fixed that were done were satisfactory. 3/30/2017

Two of the three conditions were fixed. Oak Creek Plumbing is working on the third. We were wondering however; was a cheaper laundry tub faucet available? more

Bathroom remodel 3/9/2017

It was a bigger job than expected but I was only one thrown by that. Everything was done professionaly. Cleaned up every day. Quality is top notch. My favorite room in the house. more

Okay Work 3/8/2017

We called Oak Creek Plumbing in last year to deal with a couple of issues. They fixed our water heater and a and leak under the bathroom sink. They did an okay job. They fixed everything and their repairmen were professional and efficient. It was easy to make an appointment with them and they arrived when they said they would. We would certainly call them back if we needed to again. more

Way too expensive 3/3/2017

$284. to unplug a kitchen sink that was still draining, just slow. $59. service call is fair but another $225 for a $15 bottle of drain cleaner and less than an hour of the plumbers time is ridiculous. Got conned into a $134. service agreement, and the drain still drains slow (better than before service call but not as good as it once did. more

Honest and well-versed 2/24/2017

Great Service 1/24/2017

We called Oak Creek Plumbing for a leak in our plumbing vent pipe. Our serviceman, AJ, took care to remove the damaged pipe without damaging our plaster ceiling. He made the repair and cleaned up the area. Later in the day we experienced a plugged waste line and he returned promptly to clear the clog. The serviceman was very polite and professional and did a great job. more

A meticulous sink installation 1/15/2017

Very professional and courteous plumber for our kitchen sink installation. I was a little concerned as we purchased a very high end triple sink, but it was installed with great care and precision. We have used Oak Creek plumbing for many things. Always been reliable and pleasant to work with. more
