Osaka is just a random neighborhood sushi place in Brooklyn. The room is nondescript (although there is a beautiful garden in the back and you certainly wouldn't think the place would be spectacular but it is. The quality of their sushi rivals that of Nobu's (and I've eaten there many, many times), and the prices are entirely down to earth. Their signature rolls are also great -- like the mexican roll -- spicy tuna, tempura flakes in an inside out roll wrapped in avocado. it's the perfect combination of taste and texture. They also have a great sake selection, the cold ones served appropriately in bamboo. And if you're in the neighborhood they deliver. This is not to be missed sushi.
