O'Reilly Auto Parts

I ordered timing chain on monday at gaffney and they said it would arrive at 3. Called, they said it was there. Got there and they couldnt find it. They ordered another overnight. Called they said it was there. Got there they couldn't find it? They called their warehouse and confirmed who signed for it. It was the gaffney parts driver. They told me the chesnee store needed one so they sent it there and they were sorry? They said it would be friday before they could get another. Called, they said it was there. Got there and they had it. Got home found it was the wrong one. Called back they order one for the next day. Saturday called they said it hasnt arrived yet and would be there by 10. I live an hour away so I arrived there at 12 and they coudnt find it. Called the chesnee store and they had one on the shelf. Got to chesnee and the wouldn't exchange it because I wrote a check in gaffney. I lost my temper and told my story and the manager exchanged it and it was 10 dollars cheaper. more

I had a bad experience with O'reilly! i went late one day because I needed a belt bad for my car! I went, they didnt even have my car in their system, so the guy, I guess, just guessed and after hours of trying to get the belt on my car I realized it was the wrong size, I should have noticed it sooner, but I was so mad that a car "expert" gave me the wrong belt! more
