Done in a Timely Manner 8/15/2011

I was scheduled quickly and the work was done in a timely manner. The mechanic also explained what work was performed and helpful information about work that would need to be done in the near future. I always feel as though I am actually seen and heard by the gentleman in service, as well as the front desk agent. more

The O'neil Buick Pontiac GMC service department is a get you in, shake your money out of your pockets and get you out operation. They really don't listen to your problems under warranty and spend little effort in solving warranty issues.\r \r I front end of the dealership is easy to deal with but getting things fixed right the first time, forget it. more

Curteous staff, not pushy 8/13/2006

Two years ago my vehicle died so we needed to lease a new one and O'Neill was the only dealership offering a resonable lease payment with NO money down. Our salesman was very nice and not pushy at all! We had 2 years left on the lease and will most likely do business with this dealership again. PROS: worth the ride instead of dealing with local pushy salesmen CONS: more
