I am a repeat customer at O?Neil?s. We come here for the service and personal attention. This last time I went there without an appointment and they were able to get me in with no problems at all. A service department at a car dealer gets a bad reputation a lot of the time. I?m here to say that O?neil?s is a top notch establishment and should not be lumped in with all other subpar ones. The salesman at Oneil Buick really made the process go smoothly which I greatly appreciated. I love my new car and I love knowing that I made the right decision. The salesman answered every question that I had and took their time to personally address all of my concerns and issues in the car buying process. I will use them again whenever I need to! more
