The fellows at this shop location are great. As we know many auto shops thin women are not mechanical. However, I actually read and research my car manual to get a rough estimate of what maybe wrong with my car. These folks always answer my questions directly, give me the options, and provide an estimate that they actually follow through on, no hidden costs. The prices are reasonable and fair. When I drive away my car is fixed and I don't have to go back for anything. These guys are great! more

I am impressed with this auto repair shop. In a day and age where money is an issue for everyone these fellows provide honest feedback before they begin the repairs. They do not over charge for services (and I have compared prices on some expensive repair work). I can trust when I drive away I don't have to go back for the same issue because they fix it right the first time. I highly recommend this shop to women who do not know a lots about cars. These guys can be trusted. more

Have used both Wilmington and Leland locations depending on where I've lived. All of my visits at both locations were 100% perfect!!! Knowledge of products and services, great availability of parts/timeliness on getting them, very friendly service desk folks, patient and willing to take the time to explain what's being done, greeted by a real and friendly "Hello"!!! Excellent customer service!!!! Wouldn't dare go anywhere else!!! Thank you so much for making repairs and services stress less!!!!! more
