Have used both Wilmington and Leland locations depending on where I've lived. All of my visits at both locations were 100% perfect!!! Knowledge of products and services, great availability of parts/timeliness on getting them, very friendly service desk folks, patient and willing to take the time to explain what's being done, greeted by a real and friendly "Hello"!!! Excellent customer service!!!! Wouldn't dare go anywhere else!!! Thank you so much for making repairs and services stress less!!!!!
