My car was taken in March 8 after an accident, only because out of the few collision places I had called, it was the one that gave me the shortest amount of time for repair. Mid-March was the first estimation. As that time approached my claims adjuster called and said they had found additional damage and it should take another week or so at the longest. As that time approached I called O'Donnell and they told me no, it would not be done soon, but it should be done the first week of april. I call back the first week of april and am told no, it will not be done this week but the beginning of next week (April 9). I call the next week and am told it won't be done until the END of the week (April 13). I call back then and am told it won't be done until the end of next week (April 20). I call back a few days before that and I am told it won't be done until April 27th. Finally I talk to the manager who apologizes for the long wait and tells me he will pay for 7 days of the rental car we have. Ok, so that was nice of him and I calm down for the time being. I call back April 24th to make sure it's still going to be ready on the 27th and I am told yes. I call back on the 26th and again am told yes. I call the morning of the 27th and I am told it IS ready and they will call me when I can come pick it up. I wait all day and no one calls. I call this morning (april 28) and they say no, it won't be ready until monday the 30th. NOW I am fed up so I talk to the manager again and he proceeds to talk to me like I am a moronic 3 year old. Who even knows if it will be done on monday, but I am never going back there and I suggest unless you want a $600 rental car bill, you don't go there either.
