O'Briens is the best! 4/30/2018

O'Brien's is a top notch company. They are all excellent technicians, always on time and courteous. I have full confidence in them. Chris G just came and did my annual service checkup and took extra time to review some details with me. I ordered a box of filters and he told me that the delivery man would be happy to change the two ceiling filters for me. Top service and consideration. more

Excellent Company 4/16/2018

I called for help after regular hours. I have never used O'Brien Service and the response was very positive. I was treated like I was a long time customer of theirs and the issues with my HVAC and thermostat were important. Josh responded promptly and took the time to check the entire unit. He gave me a lot of helpful information and what the problems were. He got me up and running. Very informative and professional. This is the best service and I will continue to do business with O'Brien thanks to Josh. I could go on but since it's all excellent with no downside, I'll end with the prices were very reasonable for the exceptional service. more

AC Installation 11/28/2016

My husband and I are astonished at the service we received from this company. We fell in love with their sales consultant Tom Barnum, he is on key. We really enjoyed working with him as well as the girls in the office and the installers. Everyone was so friendly, caring, professional and knew what to do, how, and when to do it. O'Brien service company lived up to their referral. The technician Toby R. was efficient in repairing my AC system. More importantly he provided valuable guidance that will be beneficial in helping to maintain my HVAC system for the rest of its shelf life. more

O'Brien Service Company 7/5/2016

I have bought two new HVAC systems from O'Brien Service Company and have been very happy both times. Mike is very knowledgeable and courteous and works with us to find the best fit for our home. The installers and repair technicians have always been on time and very easy to work with. On both occasions we had to replace the system in the middle of summer/winter and they were able to add us to the schedule fairly quickly. I have recommended O'Brien to my friends and neighbors and would definitely work with them in the future. more

Been using O'Brians service for several years now after buying a unit from them. very professional and reasonable. My unit has had no issues ever since installation. Something new for this year is they are selling premium filters to help you maintain your air quality at a deep discount which saves me money. more

We had both of our systems serviced on Monday. I was very impressed with Chris. Not only did he do a very thorough job inspecting and servicing the units, but he went somewhat ‘above and beyond’ to give me some helpful suggestions and instructions – like an education for a non-techie! Chris is yet another example of O’Brien’s excellent technicians. more

My first time working with O'Brien left me quite impressed. Chris was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about my AC system. He explained to me in great detail what was wrong, and how to fix the issues. He took his time, I never felt like he was rushed to finish my service call and get on to the next one, and couldn't have been more pleased with the service he provided. more

New Install HVAC System 8/21/2014

Our home is 10 years old. We had to have a new HVAC system installed. O'Brien's did the work with Mike as our sales contact and Mark the lead on install. All went well with the install on Monday and Tuesday. On Sunday morning we got a service required warning on the system. Called the phone number and left a message with service. We got an immediate call back and Chris from service was at our home in no time. Turned out the install crew forgot a part. Chris had us up and running in no time. more
