My experience with O'Brien Garage Doors was an overall good experience. The installer was courteous, professional, and quite knowledgeable. There service was prompt and thorough. I would give a great overall rating, but the price of the parts used in the service seemed expensive as compared to similar parts purchased in the past. Despite this, I would use and recommend this company to my family and friends. more

O'Brien Garage doors is the only company I will use for my garage door. The tech was well knowledged and was very friendly in explaining what was wrong and what I needed. Excellent company to have work on any problem with your garage door. more

New springs 5/25/2014

We had called another company who just played phone tag and never showed up. Stood us up for 2 appointments. Then we called O'Brien. They came over the next day and gave us our options. The new springs were ordered and installed quickly. Then he gave the door a complete tune up! It runs quieter and better than new. THANKS!! more

My springs had broken and they were able to come out the day after I called. They replaced what needed and suggested some other things but did not push the up sell. Just suggestions. I chose just the necessary repairs and he was courteous and had my job done promptly. more

Unfortunately I do not remember my serviceman's name but he was very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He offered suggestions to make my garage door work more efficiently but did not pressure me to have it done today....of course I did. It was all in the attitude. I will highly reccommend you to my friends and family. more

I had an emergency on my hand. I was schedule to present at a conference and my garage wouldn't open. The person I first contacted was curteous and eager to help me get the service I needed. ... 4/15/2014

I have used the service before and I am more impressed and satisfied with the service.
