The day before, I had another company come and work on the door and when I called them back the next day with the same thing happening, they said there would be another service charge. It is now fixed and I am happy because O'Brian Doors knows what to do and how to do it. more

Used Them for a garage door repair. Was a little more expensive than my husband and I had planned. But the expense was explained to us in great detail by the technician. Wonderful customer service, very family friendly company. more

Would not recommend 10/14/2014

I called about a minor adjustment my door needed so I ordered a "Tune-Up"......... Was told they only spray lube and tighten bolts on a Tune-Up but he looked at my door and the reason I called (because the Garage Door was hitting just a tad in the middle when closed all the way down but the door sealed really well. I was in the garage with him while he was making an adjustment and he told me it's not hitting anymore. After he left I closed the Garage door and now I have about a 1.5 inch space at the top right of the door and a 3/4 inch space on the left when the door is closed. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I have found no way to leave a review on the main Website and the lady that answered the phone told me she has no idea how I can leave a review as well..... more

Repaired springs/rollers 10/11/2014

Our technician was very professional and courteous and went right to work with correcting our problem with a broken spring. He completed the job and then suggested that we think about changing the rollers as they were wearing thin. So those were changed out with brand new ones. We have always been pleased with O'Brien and their service. We have referred them to our neighbors in the past and will certainly continue our relationship with them. more

The quickness of service and the completed work were just what i needed. The service was professional and great! Two other companies were listed above O'Brien and i called both of them. The first one i called twice and they hung up on me! The second one called me long after O'Brien had already come and finished the work. more

Arrived the same day within a couple of hours, knowledgeable, professional 8/14/2014

Tech determined that the opener was old and the electronics were failing (remotes would not connect and vehicles could not connect) door was also sagging when raised and very noisy when opened. I had him replace opener, tighten springs and install new nylon rollers. Door and remotes are all working great. He did all this in about one hour, seemed to have good training and knowledge, was very professional and the price was reasonable. I have used them before and would recommend to friends more
