Nw Green Clean

I'm so pleased with this company- from Monique to Eric. They are so professional & do such an awesome job. We have carpet that is about 10 years old, but thanks to these guys still looks great. They even cleaned our wool area rug & it looks & smells great-which is hard to do with 2 little dogs around. They are super reasonable & all about customer satisfaction. Love, love, love them! I recently had my rugs cleaned and this company did an excellent job in making them look brand new! They came to my house and picked up my rugs and then delivered them back to me within a week. This was so helpful because I work and can not be there during the day. I was looking for a local, green carpet cleaner and I am very happy that I found NW Green Clean. We have a very dark and thick carpet that hadn't been cleaned for a while (yes it was dirty!). The carpet is fresh and revived. He was on time and worked very hard and quickly. We were certain that it wouldn't dry in the 4 hours as stated because the carpet is so darn thick but we were happy to be wrong. I am sensitive to some cleaning solution ""perfumes"" and didn't have to worry about it at all with the solution used. My carpet looks great and smells clean and I will use them again. My main concern with having my carpets clean was that the cleaning solution be environmentally safe for me and my three cats so that's why I chose NW Green Clean. There is absolutely no fragrance or odor from the solution, it just smells fresh and clean. Pretty much complete drying time was 4 hours but at 3 it was fine to walk on. I let my cats out at 4. Ben and his partner were very thorough in explaining the different cleaning options to choose from. I very much appreciated their patience and did not feel pushed or harassed in any way. They were professional, educated with their business, pleasant to deal with and I trusted them. The carpets look fantastic, the way they looked 3 years ago when I bought my place. Given that I live with two parrrots and one dog, you can imagine how challenging it is to clean my carpets! NW Green is not your standard carpet cleaning service. They use equipment and technology that deep cleans unlike any I have ever seen. Eric took the time to explain the process and options prior to starting the project and was incredibly thorough. The service costs a bit more than other standard cleaners, but it is WELL WORTH the difference. You end up with fresh clean smelling carpets! Ok, so i've tried all the ""big companies"" out there like Stanley, Alpine, Coit, etc. But I was never quite satisfied with the results they delivered. They used high pressure sales tactics. They charged extra for things that maybe should have been included and stuff like that-\r \r Than i was referred to NW Green Clean from our Real Estate Agent- And am I thankful that she referred them. \r \r All the hype about NW Green Clean that I read online prior to calling them was TRUE! I prefer to use green products so when I found out that they are also a green carpet cleaning company in seattle, i was almost sold. \r \r Ben, the owner was very clean cut, wore a nice uniform, he was very knowledgable in his services and showed up on time. There was no ""high pressure sales"" used at all. He let me choose the cleaning package that best fit what I wanted which was very easy. Everything that I wanted was INCLUDED in the service instead of an ""add on"" which was great. \r \r The results... were Amazing. His machine was huge! He used equipment that I had never seen before and it seemed to really do the job. \r \r But the best part was... my carpets were dry within an hour and my carpets stayed clean for a long time unlike the other carpet cleaners we've tried. \r \r I highly recommmend NW Green Clean and hopefully you will to- \r \r Thanks! The people at NW Green Clean know how to get your carpets clean. This is not your run of the mill carpet cleaning outfit. They are innovative, honest and reasonable.\r \r We have two dogs that are constantly tracking in all kinds of fun stuff from outside. The stains that we had on our carpeting were no match for Ben's super duper spinning steam sucking thingy.\r \r I highly recommend getting NWGC out to clean your carpets ASAP. The Platinum package is great. Paid full price (which is still reasonable) this time, then will pay 1/2 price next time he comes out (every 6 mos). You also get your 5th year of cleanings for free!
