Best laser hair experience ever! 2/11/2011

I just had my first appointment with Brandon at Nuvage and it was fantastic. I transferred from another laser hair salon and I have to say the difference was like night and day. At the other spa I felt like I was rushed in and out so fast I barely had time to think. Plus, the procedure was very painful. more

Brandon is Awesome! 1/24/2011

Before discovering Nuvage I was getting the Brazillian at a well known spa in Denton ... for just about the same price I am now able to get the Brazillian, my legs, face and underarms done in just about 40 mins. Its less painful and mostly PERMANENT. more

Nuvage Spa and Staff 1/19/2011

Nuvage Spa and staff is the best I've every seen. I came in to get my wife a gift cert. and Brandon was so very helpful being this is not my strong area of knowledge. I felt a great level of comfort in my first 5 mins. of being there. Thank you so much Brandon for your help and Nuvage is lucky to have you. I'm coming back to have hair removal done on my back. CAN'T WAIT! more

Best Facial I ever had!!!!!!! 9/26/2010

The Manager/Estheitician Brandon gave me the best faical I've ever had. The products that I now use have made my overall complexion so much better, and I was never one to go through the process. Now it is so easy with the knowledge that I was given to maintain my home care regime. I hope everyone will give Brandon a chance to explain the process and also to enjoy a facial. more

Dr. Proctor is a true artist and the staff is incredible!!!! 9/24/2010

I have had Botox done by 3 different plastic surgeons and 3 different doctors over the past 10 years. I have had Restalyne and now I have Juvaderm injected once a year. By far the best in the business is Dr. Brian Proctor. He is truly an artist. He knows exactly where to place the product to achieve the best results. No one has ever been able to tell that I have had anything done. I am told that I look at least 10 years younger than my age ever since I started going to Dr. Proctor 4 years ago. I will never ever go to anyone but him again. more

Have had botox from Dr Proctor many times, each treatment have been very pleased, Dr Proctor I totally trust and appreciate Dr Proctors experience in knowing where to inject the botox and how much for the look I want. more

I have been a member at Nuvage for over a year, and I have had great experiences. From facials, peels, and microderm to botox....all have been wonderful. The staff is always friendly and the spa is clean and comfy. more

Great Service, Great Staff 9/23/2010

I have been a Nuvage customer for oh 5-6 months now. I have had nothing but positive experiences the entire time. I joined their membership program which has allowed me to get regular microdermabrasion, facials, hair removal and laser treatments for rosacea at a very affordable price. The staff is well informed and very accommodating and pleasant. The spa manager, Brandon, is very experienced and treats me like I am the only patient he has. He takes the time to explain things and make recommendations for what is best for me personally. I have never ever felt rushed or felt like I was just a number. Sharra is awesome as well and always makes one feel comfortable and at ease. more

Nuvage Med Spa is simply the best place to go for Botox. Dr. Proctor is the only doctor that I trust for this procedure. Not only is Dr. Proctor wonderful, but the staff is awesome!!! I am always happy with the results and I am always super excite to see Brandon and Sherra. more

I'm so excited that I was refered from my long time friend to Nuvage for my hair removal and botox needs. First off, I was very impressed with how friendly Brandon and Sherra were. ( First impressions are very important to me). They made sure that I was very satisfied with my service. Not to mention a very affordable memebership fee. Lastly Dr. Procter was awesome with my botox injections and my results are great! Excited!!!!! more

I love this place. 12/21/2009

I just found this place about 5 months ago and I signed up for their membership program. I am already seeing great results with my laser treatments. I attended one of their "Botox" parties earlier this month and had a blast. The staff up there is wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am so glad that I found this place! If you want good results, come use their services!! Pros: Great Staff and Great Results more

I have been going to Nuvage for about a year now. I have had Botox and laser hair removal done! Dr. Proctor has been my family doctor for years and his services at Nuvage are no different. Brandon, the manager, is extra friendly and always professional and Sherra who lasers is the best around. Love the new product line, Epicuren is the best!! Pros: Great Staff!! Best Products!! I got Botox and Laser Hair Removal at Nuvage in Mckinney and LOVED it! Dr. Procter did a great job with the Botox. It looks natural, not overdone. I like their monthly membership plan which makes it affordable for me. Pros: Doctor does Botox, Nice staff, Monthly plans more

Very Happy with results 12/8/2009

I have been going to Nuvage for years and Dr. Proctor does a great job with Juvaderm. I get the lines at my mouth filled and the last time he did a little in my lips. It always looks natural and I have it done once or twice a year. It lasts about 8 mo. I have had botox done there, as well as another location. It was about the same results, both places. I have also done skin tightening and have seen results. I am doing laser hair removal now and having some sun damage removed. The staff is great. Brandon, the office manager is very knowledgeable and personable. more

Not Good 7/25/2009

I have been doing botox, microdermabrasion, restalyne (now Juvaderm) for many years. I went to Nuvage (In Doctor Proctor's office) because it was so convenient to my house. I discovered that there is a BIG difference in results depending on who is doing the procedure. I use botox and restalyne for a deep wrinkle between my eyebrows. Doctor Proctor, a very personable, nice fellow... miscalculated how much filler (restalyne) needed to fill the wrinkle. He used too much and it created a lump right between my eyes. It wasn't an attractive result. Another time I went in to to buy a skin cleansing product and the lady who manages the Nuvage center was in such a bad mood...she seemed stressed out and annoyed. Very rude to me. I never went back. Pros: Convenient location in McKinney Cons: Poor Results/Bitchy Staff more

Do not waste your money! 11/6/2008

I recently went to Nuvage and paid for Botox! Obviously the doctor dilutes his botox with too much saline! I wasted $200 and received zero results! I have had botox before so I know it works however he ripped me off and my forehead has no results! Don't do it! more
