If only every service call was performed with the responsiveness and quality Indy Garage Door demonstrated today. I called him because my garage door was malfunctioning and he was able to come by the same day to take a look at it. He knew exactly what he was doing and soon my problem was fixed. I appreciate that he was very patient and explained to me how to maintain the garage door in the future. I highly recommend his services. more

I am beyond happy for the guys who came out to my place to fix my sensors. I thought it was going to be an ridiculous price to get this fixed, but the guy reassured me, and got it done for me, for way less than what I was thinking. Great job. needed to get these fixed asap. I got tired of pulling up my door every day. more

I've had several other companies try to charge me way too much for my broken garage door. Being sick of being duped, I read many reviews online about them and was like why not? I?ll give them a try. They charged me a lot less than those other companies and were very professional. I highly recommend. more

Happy with service 5/8/2013

Great work. The guys worked very hard and didn't stop at all to install my new set of springs. They gave me the estimate over the phone, and I was able to get the to come out within the same day to repair those springs for me. I love the prices, and they did a very good job. more

I highly recommend this Garage Door Service. My garage door came off of the tracks and I was sure that i was going to get gouged by a "Commerical" company. I search online and found this website. Once I called and told him my issue, he quoted the work right on the spot. It took no more than an hour to completely fix my garage door. Awesome, efficient work I will definitely recommond Tom to my friends. more

Finally honest company . I found this company on a search for someone to replace our broken garage doors; I first looked at doing it myself, but wanted to see how much more it would cost me if someone else installed them. Well I made a call and spoke to Dispatch, and after telling him want I was looking for he gave me a price and said he could have it done the next day. The price was Great bit more then if I bought them myself, well worth me not have to spend my time and labor to install them. And my wife said , tech was very friendly and kind. He even did a great job. more

A couple of weeks ago, we needed service on our garage door. The technician who came was very professional. We were very pleased with his manner and his competence. I hope that we will not require service on our garage door anytime, soon, but if we do, we hope that you send him again :) more

fast service 8/26/2012

Lost rollers, sheared off cable bracket & worn rails brought my garage door to a halt. Called Indy Garage Door 9am & by 10am it was fixed. Wow. Rails are still worn & the door will need to be replaced, but not today! I'm keeping this place bookmarked for when I can afford to replace. more

Exceptional job. Tech was friendly, respectful and communicated everything well, explained all my options. He finished up the work repair in a very timely fashion. Every company should be so fortunate to employ someone like him. I will most definitely call you again for service on future repairs. more
