From the estimate of my Vinyl Windows to completion Nu-Cote employees were very informative and professional. YES, they're pretty expensive but they're worth every penny. They improved the look of my house, and reduced the street noise. They kept me updated and worked with my schedule for installation. Once the installers showed up they worked diligently. New credit card issued, which I never asked for!!! 5/4/2010

We filled out a very standard credit check form with Nu-Cote, and were getting a quote on some work. They were supposed to just get back to us with the interest rates they could provide on the job. Little did I know that they made a request on my behalf to a credit card company, and an activated credit card appeared in the mail a week or so later! It could've been stolen from my mailbox and used, and I never would've known until collections called. It had a 5-digit credit limit and a rapacious 29% interest rate!!! Never trust these guys with your credit information. Their work might be quality, as I haven't seen it - but never go with their financing if my experience was anything to go by! Nice Paint Job 3/23/2010

They started quickly despite record rainfalls in the Spring of 2010. Tex cote coolwall product seemed to cover well, I am looking forward to a cooler house in the summer time due to the product. Had house done with tex-cote. Everyone from initial presenter/estimators to painters was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Job was very quick (small rain delay) and very well done. Great attention to detail. More expensive than paintingHopefully the coating itself will live up to billing, but only time will tell. Should warn customers that initial evaluation can be an hour (if done right!). Pros: great looking, good people Cons: More expensive than painting more

High quality exterior treatment 3/15/2010

Our house looks beautiful after the Nu Cote team finished. Although they had to work around rainy days, they kept the job moving. The foreman and the workers were good to work with. I was told the product was suitable for decks-it is not. I was told my house would be preped down to bare wood-it was not. I was told it would look like ""rubber"" and is 15 times thicker than paint-lt looks like paint to me.I was told that crews would be working on my house for a week to apply this special material- it took a crew of two 2 days and 1.5 hrs to finish. I was told it takes special equipment and training to apply-I could have power washed and painted my home with my own equipment. It is very expensive. I was told it would last 25 years-I hope so. Pros: Painters worked conscientiously and job appears good. Cons: Overhyped and overpriced. more

The crew on this job of 5500 sq ft roof did and outstanding job. I had a few unfinished questions and Nu-Cote was always available to assist. I would recommend their service's to all. I installed 3 window om 2/17/2020, and the sales person and the one who messured my windows were very professional so were the two gentlemen who installed them; their name Roman and Vitaly,were very clean and left my place very neat . Quote Not Honored-Poor Customer Service 2/18/2010

Nu Cote salesman came out, and gave us a quote. We agreed on a price, signed the contract., scheduled installation. We were contacted to tell us that your company wouldn't honor the price quoted. The manager at your office was extremely rude, and unapologetic. I told him that his manner of handling the situation would cause me to never consider Nu Cote for future projects, and he hung up on me. more
