I was told the product was suitable for decks-it is not. I was told my house would be preped down to bare wood-it was not. I was told it would look like ""rubber"" and is 15 time...

Never took a break 8/3/2011

Kelly was great with explaining things really well - knows his stuff. The crew that installed the new roof was very polite. Never took a break. Worked all day for 4 days. Our roof is very steep. They were very good listeners, cleaned up very well every day before they left making sure it was safe for the kids to go outside. Yes I would recommend Nu-Cote very much. more

Everyone was professional 8/3/2011

The salespeople were professional when I bought the roof. Very informative. I got 3 bids from local roofers about 6 months ago. They were all 5 year warrantees. I decided to go with Nu-Cote because of the warranty. Plus everyone was professional. The supervision was personable, answered my questions. You can use me as a referral. more

The roof crew did a great job, guys put plastic over the pool and that cleaned up well. Happy with the roof color and look. The solar guys were good. I will give you folks (Nu-Cote) a call this fall for possible additional solar panels. We would definitely recommend your company. Very Happy! more

Very professional 7/21/2011

This is the second project we've done with Nu-Cote, and have been very pleased. Today our garden window is being replaced due to a manufacturers defect. I appreciate the way in which the issue was handled by Nu-Cote - very professional and always putting my concerns first. I wouldn't hesitate to use Nu-Cote again for any future projects....Thanks. more

The whole crew was very professional, polite, and very concerned with my overall satisfaction on my Coolwall Coating job. The house looks amazing....so amazing, in fact, that my neighbor came over to compliment me and tell me that he is going to give Nu-Cote a call about a quote! Very professional; Demonstration by the Sales Dept. really helped visualize what the product is about. Provide color wheel and most popular color selection for customer to look at over time, is a good suggestion. I would recommend Nu-Cote! more

Polite and professional 6/23/2011

All the employees of Nu-Cote were polite and professional. The work crews arriving for the stages of the patio cover project were punctual with their appointment times. There was a slow start to the project originally with the pricing and the permit process. However, the team at Nu-Cote handled this well and got the project done within my requests with electricity and capping that off as well as with cleaning up. I now have a great lattice shade cover (arbor) in the back yard. It looks great and is lifetime warranted. more

The salesperson addressed my concerns. The crew did a good job on my roof. Roof looks nice. The crew was quick and efficient and cleanup was good. They left before I could give them a drink for Cinco de Mayo. I would recommend Nu-Cote. I had coating done previously. I would recommend them for both projects - coating and roofing. more

Good communication 6/8/2011

Everything took place when and how they said it would for my new kitchen. Good communication. They answered all my questions. Gustavo was excellent - on time, hard worker, cleaned up every day, minimum interruption to our schedule and space. Would definitely recommend Nu-Cote. more

I would hire them again 5/31/2011

Kevin the salesperson for the roof was good. I liked him and we didn't go with the cheapest. We went with Nu-Cote because of the company. The crew was great, very conscientious. Made sure roof was done right. I would hire them again. Clean up good, supervision was good, here all the time and answered my questions. We have already recommended Nu-Cote to people that have asked. more

Never felt out of the loop 5/25/2011

The crew that did my new roof was great and seemed to know there job, roof look good, the crew cleaned up well. They replaced some wood. I never felt out of the loop. I had to ask a couple of questions and got them answered. I knew there was some bad wood and I'm happy because they replaced it. I would recommend Nu-Cote. more

The 2 consultants did a nice presentation. Very informative. I'm having the CoolWall coating done on my house now that Nu-Cote completed the roofing. I wanted my house done by the same company. The crew did a good job. They cleaned up well, painted all my caps and jacks to match the new roof. If my friends were looking to do the roof, I would recommend Nu-Cote definitely. more

I would recommend 5/11/2011

Everybody was so nice and polite starting with the sales consultant on kitchen cabinets, then the stainer did good, and the countertop people have done a great job. There was a slight problem with the countertop, but they took care of it. The plumber and electrician also were fine. The supervisor was greatly appreciated, too. I have done multiple projects with Nu-Cote and would recommend them more

I've had a great experience with this company having my roof installed. Mark is a very concientous project manager. He did a great job, overseeing the job on my roof. The employees who did the work were very courteous and professional. more

Installers were knowledgable, explained work being done, very courteous; workmanship and attention to detail were very good; excellent job cleaning up after completion of work; listened and followed up on concerns of consumers (wife & I) i.e. where to install lights on patio cover; installed new fascia - no problems - Good Job more
