I am completely appalled by the way I was treated by the staff at Nudaya and will never return there again. They are dishonest and rude. When I called Nudaya to make an appointment for Botox, I asked the receptionist if they still have the special for $10 per unit on certain days. She told me that special is no longer available & it is now $11 per unit. I said that is fine and made an appointment. She later called and told me that she had good news and bad news. She informed me that she needed to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was no longer available but that since she was rescheduling, the charge would only be $10 per unit. She asked if I could come in on Friday at a certain time instead. I told her that I wasn?t available then & she asked about the following Friday. I said I?d prefer not to wait that long & asked if there was anything available sooner. She scheduled me for Monday. After receiving my Botox injections on Monday, when I went to pay, she informed me that it would be $11 per unit. When I told her that she had told me on the phone that it would only be $10 per unit since she rescheduled me, she denied it and said that special is only available on Fridays. (This was after she told me on our original phone call that they don?t have any specials for $10 per unit on any days.) I told her that she never said that on the phone and I was told that it would only be $10 per unit. She became very rude & argumentative telling me that she knows what she told me and that she never said that. I finally told her that I?d pay the extra money but I know what she told me. This isn?t about the money. I think $11 per unit is a good price to pay for Botox. I get 32 units so it?s only a $32 difference. I just don?t like being lied to and then being told that I?m lying by a very rude staff member. I normally don?t write bad reviews but I wanted to warn others about the deceptive practices at Nudaya MedSpa and the rude staff so that people will know to stay away. No one deserves to be disrespected and treated the way that I was by this staff member. more

I have been going here for laser hair removal treatments nad I have had great results. The staff has always been very friendly and they make you feel like they care about you. Tracy is so funny, she will have you laughing all through your procedures. She does a great job of explaining everything and makes you feel comfortable. I have had some bad experiences with other places that did not seem to know how to treat darker skin. Tracy explained why it can be harder to treat darker skin but is not a problem if you have the correct lasers and the experience to set the settings correctly. She was great and I have not had any problems with my treatments. I also like that they do nutritional counseling as well. I did a consult with Dr. Enabnit and he designed a nutritional program for me to follow and I am startiing to see the results. more

Laser Hair Removal in Katy. I am so happy I found this place. I had tried several other laser hair removal offices in the area and did not get good results. I kept having the hair grow back. I had a friend recommend NuDaya MedSpa and I decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and Tracy (the laser technician) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, especially why I had not had good results in the past. She explained that there are different types of lasers used for hair removal and often the operators are not that experienced so if they do not use the correct laser or the correct settings, you will not get permanent hair reduction. Tracy has been doing laser treatments for over 12 years and I could not be happier with the treatment. She made the procedure very comfortable and I have had excellent results with her treatment. I also found out that I should get the treatments about 8 weeks apart and at the last place I went to they were having me come every month. Tracy explained that the hair grows in cycles and that it takes 6-8 weeks for new hair to grow in. If you are looking for this service, I recommend you give them a call, you will not be disappointed. more

NuDaya MedSpa has change my life. I was suffering from depression, I had no energy, my sex drive was gone and I was putting on weight. I heard from a friend that they had gotten help with similar problems by getting checked for hormone deficiencies at NuDaya and it had made a big difference in her, so I called and scheduled an appointment. The staff was great, they were very friendly and professional. I was checked and I did have some hormone problems and I was placed on bio identical hormone treatment. It was very simple, I just rub the cream on each morning and that is it. The doctor told me it would probably take a month or two to see a real difference in my symptoms, but I noticed a change after about 3 weeks of using it. It has now been 3 months that I have been on the treatment and I feel like I am twenty again. My energy level is way up, I no longer feel tired or depressed. My husband is most happy that my sex drive has really come back and I asked the doctor if they could do something for my husband. They said men also often can benefit from the treatment and i have scheduled him for an appointment. I also see my skin looking better, before it was looking thin and it is starting to look much better. I also have been able to finally lose some weight. I have lost 15 pounds since starting the hormone treatment. I am going to give the laser hair removal a try and will let you know how that goes. I started out at this office getting laser hair removal for my bikini and underarms. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. I love the results and no longer need to shave those areas and the skin is so smooth and no more hair bumps, yeah. I have since begun treatment on my legs and it is going well. I have also tried one of the weight loss programs and am happy to say I am now 25 pounds lighter and looking and feeling great. I also get microdermabrasion treatments done monthly along with chemical peels and they are making a huge difference in the texture and pore sizes of my face. I cannot thank NuDaya MedSpa enough, I was over 100lbs overweight and my health was failing. My doctor had been telling me I needed to lose weight, but like many who have battled weight problems my whole life I had not been able to keep the weight off. I heard about this office from a co worker and they had good results with this program so I decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and most importantly to me they did not make me feel like I was fat because I was lazy or did not care enough to lose weight. The doctor explained to me that there are many factors that cause some people to have more difficulty maintaining their weight and that often hormones play an important role. They told me that based on my medical history that I probably did have a hormone imbalance. I was tested and the results showed I did have an imbalance and they started me on some bio identical hormones. I also was placed on their HCG weight loss program. At this time I weighed 265 lbs., I chose to also do a B complex injection and a lipotropic(fat burner) injection weekly with the hcg. They gave me recommendations for what foods to eat during the program and I was very surprised at how the hcg helped to supress my appetite. I was very diligent with following the program and I lost 11pounds the first week. I could not believe it when they weighed me in, but they told me that this was common if you stick to the program. This really motivated me and I continued the program for another 5 weeks and I was able to get down another 31 pounds. I continued on the diet program they recommended along with the B and Lipo shots for the next 2 months and i was able to drop another 27 pounds. I decided to do another round of the HCG and at the end of the 6 week program I was now down to 172 pounds. I cannot even begin to tell you how this has changed my life, I feel so much better and my family doctor told me my blood pressure problems have improved so much that he took me off my medications and all of my blood work is doing well now. I have continued to follow their advise and have been able to continue to bring my weight down over the last few months and I am maintaining my weight around 155 pounds. I feel the bio identical hormone treatment has made a big difference in my health and aided in my weight loss. I also have seen my energy and zest for life improve dramatically and I no longer feel depressed. I continue to go in for periodic checkups to help me stay on track and for the extra support. Great experience being treated here. I lost 27 pounds in 4 weeks. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with meal planning and the doctor also made some nutritional supplement recommendations for my son who is ADD/ADHD and it has helped him to focus and perform better at school. thanks more

Very poor experience spending hundreds of dollars on the Zerona laser treatment. It does NOT work. They will NOT refund your money although they use deceptive trade practices to get you in the door. No results. And their magical foot baths, exercising on their vibrating plate, taking their extra fee vitamin supplements and sitting in their sweat room doesn't change the fact their program doesn't work. Their website even states you can ""can expect to lose 2-7 pant/dress sizes"". When that didn't happen, when what they clearly state you can EXPECT from the program, didn't work, they wouldn't refund my money. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, where they already have a ""B"" rating due to 2 previous complaints for similar issues. DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO THIS!!! Any other merchant offering a product that doesn't work, would give your money back. They have a no refund policy, because if they offered refunds, they would never make a dime on this bogus program! more

I highly recommend NuDaya MedSpa, I was referred to them by a friend and have been very happy with the results that I got for the laser hair removal and I also had spider veins treated on my face and legs. The staff was friendly and Tracy was very gentle and explained everything to me so I felt comfortable. I had done treatments before at another clinic but did not get good results. Tracy explained that if the settings used are not correct for the hair removal then the results will not be permanent and that some lasers work better than others depending on your skin color. I was amazed that the treatments were much less painful with the technique she used on me. I have had 3 treatments and it has been 6 months and almost no hair coming back on my legs. I also had spider veins that really bothered me on my legs and some on my face. Tracy treated them twice with one of their lasers and now I can feel comfortable showing my legs again.
