NovaCopy

We have a daycare business and our copying/ printing needs are not large. We do print flyers, etc for events and special occasions. Novacopy's sales people visited us on a couple of occasions. We decided to do the two week trial because we thought it would be simple if we did not like the copier. Within a week novacopy delivered a large Konica Minolta machine. It looked to be too much for our needs but we agreed to try it. The delivery did not go well. We did not know what day the set up was. They just showed up. The driver/ delivery guy was ok but said little to us. Later that day another novacopy person came and set up us up to print and scan. This technician was the best experience of novacopy. He was helpful and showed us ways to use the copier we had never thought of. Our two trial had a number of problems; the machine frequently jammed, overall it felt cheap, and like our initial concerns, it was too much for our minor needs. We asked for it to be removed and it was very difficult. They didn't want to schedule us and we were hounded to keep the machine. We received a visit from novacopys president who continued to badger us. I reminded him of the problems we had and he had the service manager call us. We were assured we would get a good working machine but at this point we just wanted it gone. It took another week but novacopy finally came and got it. Besides not listening to our needs, I found them to be overly poshy especially for a copier that had been far from reliable in the trial. more

Our company made the transition to Nova Copy several years ago after many years with a local competitor. We currently have 8 printers from Nova Copy and the most pleasant surprise to our company was the quality of the printers we received and we have experienced very little down time. When a service call needs to be made, the technicians are dispatched to our site quickly, repair the equipment and have us back up and running. On the other side of the business, which is also very important to me as a Facilities Manager is our Nova Copy Account Manager, Sheri Lynn Mabey. Sheri Lynn has always been a phone call away if we needed anything at all and has made us feel as if she is works for us and we are the most important client she has. She follows up to make sure whatever needs we may have were taken care of and continues to look at ways to save our company money more

We switched to NovaCopy a few years ago and have been extremely pleased with their equipment and level of service. We call them when we have any issues. They have tech service that offers solutions over the phone or when needed they send a technician on site. Usually, the service tech is here within 2 hours. Sometimes faster. Thanks NovaCopy! more

What a great help the service team from NovaCopy has been. Copiers can be a pain to work with, but NovaCopy's technicians help remedy any issue in a timely manner. I had to come into work on Sunday just to gather up materials and find a Staples that was open just so I could do the job that our Novacopy copier was supposed to do. Not happy. What a horrible experience. more

I am the general manager for an automotive dealership in Nashville. We initially had several copy machines from another local company. I was visited several times, unannounced, by a team of Novacopy sales people. We eventually agreed to let Novacopy replace our machines with Konica Minolta machines. We were told that our lease payments would stay the same and that our copying speed, etc. would increase dramatically. However, within the first 6 months our copiers were experiencing constant jamming and unacceptable down times. We called customer service several times and had to wait several hours for someone to help us. It has been a year now and nothing has improved. Calling customer service is a waste of our time and just adds insult to injury. Don't make the same mistake we did. Do your research before signing a 5 year lease with this company. more

My name is Charles. I work for a business on music row. As the front office manager I come in contact with a lot of salespeople. I was called on by NovaCopy two weeks ago. I explained to a gentleman named Joe White that we were very busy for the holidays and that I wouldn't be able to talk about our printing needs until late February. However, I was called on again two days later by a junior associate and again by Mr. White the following day. Mr. White apologized in a patronizing way and stated that he was "trying to bring in the end of the month and had numbers to meet". Well Mr. White, what about us? What about our stress level? I guess the client doesn't matter to NovaCopy. All that matters, it seems, is getting our money no matter how intrusive it may be. more

Great and Friendly Service!! We have used NovaCopy for several years. They have provided great service at a great price. Their copiers print high quality documents and copies. Sherry Lynn Mabey is our salesperson and she is great to work with. You always get service with a smile from her. The Academy Child Development Centers and Preschools are opening more locations and are planning on ordering more copiers from Novacopy in the near future. more

Darren, Mark, Daniel, Rollins and Kevin have all been there when needed, even on short notice. I expect and know that they will keep up with this quality of service. Our company recently recieved two highspeed laser printers from NovaCopy. From the sales process through installation and training, the entire process has been very easy and professional. The salesperson was experienced and informative, the install team worked around our schedule and was quick, and the trainer (though we were already very familiar with highspeed lasers printers) was helpful in going through our specific questions. Our old copier finally bit the dust so we went looking for a new one and we did our homework and we found NovaCopy. For the last month Mike Hankins our sales rep has worked with us to find the right machine to fit our needs and trained the staff on how to use the machine. For the last 4 years we have had nothing but great service and rates from Novacopy. When setting up a new copier they have been there and helped us configure everything and trained the employees how to use the copier without making you feel you should have already know the information.
