Best Hair salon in Washington! 12/1/2009

My daughter and I have been going to Joey for 2 years now and we love it.! It is the best hair salon in the area and also the staff are great too! The best part is the shampoo massage and the massage after the hair cut! more

I tried Noufal studio 3 times already and was not disappointed at all. I have my hair highlighted and i love the color. Pros: very nice place more

Best Hair Salon 11/22/2009

I have been coming to Noufal Studio since 1992. Even after moving to Baltimore, MD I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. Joey is the best!!! His staff is wonderful and so accomodating. Every haircut and color have been perfect. more

BEST HAIR SALON EVER! 11/22/2009

I've been going to Noufal Hair Color Studio for 5 years now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else! People are always commenting on how much they like my highlights and hair cut. I've referred many friends and coworkers and they're always just as pleased with the results! Pros: great service, friendly employees, and complimentary wine!!! Cons: none! more

Best hair cut in town! 11/21/2009

The staff is great at the salon, very warm and friendly. I love my new haircut - it's a Victoria Beckham cut for curly hair. Didn't think it was possible. Thank you Joey! Pros: Great service, fun place to go to Cons: What cons? I can't think of any more

I had by hair highlighted at Noufal hair color studio with patrick and he was awsome. my hair looks great and the place is perfect and patrick was very nice and did a perfect job.\r i would recommend it to anyone more
