will not be ordering from you all again took forever was not told for more than an hour that you were out of one of the entrees I had ordered did not get one of my orders , not sure if I was credited or not yet but should have gotten a rerund or comething asked server to come to my side door and did not server asked if I wanted to cancel the order after we waited a hour bad experience more

Ordered 3 tuscan grilled chicken sandwhiches while at work. Described as "melted fresh mozzarella with marinated tomatoes, grilled chicken, basil pesto aioli and arugula, on ciabatta. " None of the sandwhiches had fresh mozzarella on them. Not Your Average Joe's manager said there was nothing that they could do about it because it was delivered through GrubHub, even though they are the ones who forgot to put mozarella any of the sandwhiches. more

Truly Not Your Average Joe's Kind of Food - well worth a visit! 5/29/2008

We found the Needham restaurant in late February/early March and have been there probably 10 times since then. The food is always terrific, nice wait staff, and the manager Steve is terrific. Very, very busy at night - definitely make reservations if you can. People will pound on the door at 11:30 on Sunday to get in for the noon-time opening! It's rare that this restaurant is family-friendly AND also a great place to hang with friends and have a few drinks and appetizers. Everybody 'fits' at this place! Keep up the good work. more

Easy 3/28/2007

Easy to get to. Easy parking. Great food. Kid friendly and a great martini. What more could you ask for? Beats going to the city and overpaying anytime. Pros: Great service and menu. Cons: wish I could go every night. more

Best in Needham 3/26/2007

The waitress we had was amazing; quite friendly and she fixed a mistake of the menu/kitchen without me even asking. Atmosphere in enjoyable, too.\r \r I love their bread and dipping oil. The dish I got here was ok, but I've had other items from their menu in the past at other locations that I really enjoyed.\r \r (Sadly?), this chain restaurant is the best place I've eaten in the Needham area so far. Pros: Great service and bread. more
