Antiques and High Tea should go hand in hand, but not in this case. High Tea is OVERPRICED and prepayment is required. Slow to nonexistant service. Food is just ok if you want to be cramped, sit in a hot room afraid to make a sound. Seek your high tea elsewhere. They should stick to what they know.
