I cannot say enough good things about this place! Before we started bringing our dog here, we showed up unannounced on a Sunday afternoon to check out the facility. We were offered a tour and were shown around the entire place. I couldn't believe how clean everything was and how happy the dogs were (boarding & daycare). more

I can't say enough about how wonderful the Norwichtown Pet Resort and Spa is. We've owned three dogs and they have all received special one on one care when boarding. Most recently, we have an Austrailian Shepard puppy and he has been in Obedience training with Nancy Cartwright. Her warmth and knowledge with dogs also carries over to us as owners. Her help in person as well as on the phone has eased our confusion and helped with our patience. Cody goes to camp three days a week and loves it. There, he gets to socialize with other dogs and is highly supervised by the counselors. Besides playing with him, his manners are reinforced lovingly and we receive a daily report card charting his growth. I recommend Norwichtown to all my animal loving friends- more

My dog stays here whenever I have to travel without her. She loves the place. I always enroll her in the day camp and she plays and runs around all day with her newly made friends. She has done just the doggie day care for a day and when I picked her up she was happy and tired. more

after getting back from vacation my family couldnt wait to pick up our dog from the Norwichtown pet resort and spa. After getting her home she refused to eat or drink and began to vomit. We got her to the vet. and she was diagnosed with kennel cough, now im out the $210.00 to board her and $427.00 for anti-biotic drugs and intravenous fluids. Pros: n/a Cons: they'll give your dog kennel cough more
