It is very difficult to respond to an anonymous complaint, but the most important fact is that Norton?s Flowers & Gifts unconditionally guarantees every order we accept and we are sorry the reviewer is so unhappy with their experience. It would appear from the reviewer?s posting date that they are commenting on a Valentine?s Day delivery. Admittedly, we had approximately 12 complaints on the 1,921 orders we filled on February 13th ? 14th (less than 1%). Most of those complaints were the result of address misinformation, address misunderstanding or the recipient not being home when we attempted delivery. To the best of our knowledge, every issue was resolved to the satisfaction of the customers, except one. In the case of this reviewer, you will note a full refund was given, but we were not allowed the opportunity to send a redelivery with an explanation or apology. \r \r Norton?s Flowers & Gifts slogan is ?We Deliver the WOW!? because we pride ourselves on trying to exceed more

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience trying to get flowers delivered. No delivery was made and they were rather UNFRIENDLY on the phone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go elsewhere. more

I did a search on the closest flower shop to St. Joe's Hospital and this is what I came up with. I'm from out of state and needed to send flowers to my grandma. I called and the customer service is great. Extremely friendly and nice. The flowers are going to be delivered today. more

Norton Flower shop has great selcetion and service. When I walked in I received a hello but the employees were at the same time, not too pushy. They allowed me to take my time and make a selection. more

When i first walked into Norton's I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and the price was just right.They have a large selection, in both flowers and gifts. It is an all around great place. more
