16 years, 1 cat and 3 dogs later...that is how long i have been going to keith and melissa. their prices are affordable and i never have the stress of thinking that i won't be able to cover the cost for their care of my animals. i wish i could say that about other vets i have had in the past with their over inflated costs. it's ridiculous.
and to the people who complained about keith...get over it! at least someone in that room had a sense of humor. and i'm sorry for the person who lost their pet, but it sounds like you are insinuating that they purposefully let them suffer and then die needlessly! there probably wasn't any way to save them...believe me i understand the pain of losing our babies having recently lost a wonderful dog 13 years young,,,which by the way keith did everything to help me save!
as far as the conditions, i haven't had an animal get sick once from leaving them in their care. you're probably a germ freak!
to sum it up:
if you are looking for someone who is unconventional then Norton's Ark is the place to go. especially if you own a pug, a bulldog or any of the brachycephalic dogs then i highly recommend them.... but if you are looking for (and btw this is what you are paying for) a pristine and expensive environment in a strip mall or one of those brand new fancy buildings, being met by a receptionist with 5+ other assistants running around in their scrubs, with restrictions and uptight insurance policies and regulations as to why you can't even place your own dog on the table or go into the back with your animal,,,, and NO JOKES (?) come on,,,,PLEASE stop....don't go see the nortons. YOU are definitely not the right fit for them!
