Dr. Gill is very responsive to the concerns of her patients. She listened to all my questions, and answered them thoroughly. I had a small basal cell carcinoma removed from my shin by Dr. Ledwig. I appreciated that my appointment started on time and the procedure was completed in less than 45 minutes. I experienced no pain during the procedure and minimal discomfort over the next couple of days. By following the recommended care guidelines, I experienced no infection and the scar is healing nicely. At every step of the procedure, from initial diagnosis to the actual excision of the carcinoma to the removal of the stitches, Dr. Ledwig kept me well informed of what to expect and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my treatment and the outcome. more

Have been going to NW Dermatology for many years. Have been very pleased with Dr. Madan and her treatments for precancerous skin lesions on face. My father had the same issues so I am very aware and concerned about this problem. Dr. Madan has been courteous, friendly, efficient, and caring. I trust her and the other doctors in the practice. more

These doctors are diligent and caring and try to find topical ointments vs. prescription drugs to treat my children's acne issues. This is my preference, and they have done a great job of developing rapport with my kids. more
