Northwest Bedding

I purchased almost $1,000 worth of merchandise from NWBedding, including a mattress, box springs and frame. Within several months the frame came apart and we couldn't fix it. The bed has practically fallen apart now since there is nothing supporting the box springs. Today I went into the store to speak to someone about the frame falling apart. Their response, to a senior citizen with a broken bed, was ""Oh, they just didn't screw it together tightly"". When questioned about bed frames that fall apart I was told ""These are really good frames"". When I disagreed I was told to leave the store. When I asked the clerk"" name I was told ""It's none of your business"". When I told him he was rude and should be fired I was told ""Get out of here and don't ever come back"". Don't worry. I won't. more

We had gone to a few different mattress stores and when we came into NW Bedding, the staff was warm and helpful. The selection and quality were what we were looking for and we found a great bed. Had a great experience shopping there. more

I felt as though the sales staff was knowledgable and willing to spend as much time with me as necessary. more
