Well, it is now 5 40 and still no one has shown up or bother to call me. I have been waiting since 2. I have called the office and they said it would be closer to 5. I called the office again, but of course, they have gone home, without a phone call or a way for me to get a hold of anyone. I suppose they assume I do not have a life and I can just sit around waiting for them! HA! I took 1/2 a day off work because i had 2 appliances I thought they could help me with. Of course, not now. STAY AWAY.. Terrible customer service. They should have at least fgiven me their techs number so I could let him now, hey, I gotta go pick up kids! more

Would recommend to EVERYONE! 2/22/2012

I have had the pleasure of using Northwest Appliance for several repairs in my home. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable, and works to get a technician out to you as soon as possible! Each time I have used this company, I have been pleased with the technician sent, the time it took to repair, as well as the cost of the repair. Techs have always worn shoe covers in my home, and have been honest about the repairs. I have recommended this company to several friends and family members and they all been just as pleased! more

Unbelievably poor service 9/7/2011

Had these folks repair a washer in July and needed another part, which was paid for at the time of the service call. The part was to be shipped for arrival the following week. It is now two months later and the part still hasn't arrived. Each call is met with a polite new excuse... forgot to put it in the mail... it's still in our warehouse... we'll put it in the mail tomorrow... we'll send it with one of our trucks and have it delivered.... Still no part two months later -- just excuses and no follow through. Don't use these guys unless you want poor service and nothing but excuses. more

These guys were fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. We've used them for repairs twice and I would recommend them to everyone I know! more
